PRE-TERMITE INSPECTION

Our licensed pest technician will conduct a thorough comprehensive inspection of your home and property for signs of termite damage and/or activity. Once the inspection is carried out you will be issued with a comprehensive report which will alert you to termite access areas and potential problems, as well as any existing problems. 

Our pest technician will need easy access around your home. If possible, move furniture and appliances away from your walls and windows… just enough to allow the pest technician more space to inspect for signs of pest activity. This includes the garage. If there is access to the roof void please make sure this area is accessible.

Our pest technician will check the external perimeter of the building including the fence line, gardens, subfloor (if applicable) and out buildings. Please ensure access is available to all areas.
